TITLE: International Technology Intern

POSITION SUMMARY:
The International Technology Internship prepares you to be a technical leader in our fast-paced business environment. In this internship you will spend time exploring several functions within International Technology and learn how we use technology to grow and drive our business. If you have a passion for technology and innovation, with an International business savvy focus, this is the internship for you.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The internship will be 10 weeks from June 2020 through August 2020
• Each intern will be considered seasonal/temporary in nature
• Each Intern will be assigned a Coach & Mentor to guide them through their experience
• Each Intern will be assigned a project which will be presented to AEO Management at the conclusion of the Internship
• Work closely with the International Customer and Associate Facing Technology Team to analyze and refine key metrics of in-store and onsite web behavior to establish baselines and provide performance analysis
• Monitor data quality and work with technical teams to implement capabilities that improve data collection or address data quality issues
• Work with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and develop desired reports
• Perform hands-on analysis of web analytics data and assess performance of tools and campaigns
• Analyze large-scale data from multiple data sources, distill insights and communicate actionable results

• Opportunity for a full time offer into the AEO – IT organization after successful completion of the 10 week internship program

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Students are eligible after they have completed their junior year at a 4 year college or university; First year Master’s students are also eligible
• Preferred majors include an Information Technology related degree – Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Networking, etc.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
