Job summary

Quiet Platforms - a wholly owned subsidariary of AEO, Inc is building a world class technology-driven supply chain platform. This platform will provide end-to-end fulfillment for leading retailers and provide fast, best-in-class service to customers. We are looking for a dynamic leader able to lead a large technology organization implementing our infrastructure strategy. The right candidate can see the big picture and dive deep into the details necessary to achieve it. This position requires the ability to lead a large team of highly skilled engineers and ensure rapid, iterative delivery supporting the ever changing needs of the business. This leader must work across the company with other business, operations, and technology leaders to ensure efficient execution and collaboration. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven history delivering enterprise product solutions. The ability to build teams and tools from the ground up and enable enterprise development for an organization will be critical to success in this role.

The Sr Manager, Product Engineering is responsible for design, the product suite and self-service technology. This ownership spans the way customers perceive our solution to the way we simplify their interaction with it. The leader will be a senior member of the technology leadership team driving a technology transformation and cutting-edge business outcomes for Quiet/Airterra. A successful candidate will have led medium to large product organizations, built and scaled high performing technology solutions, and led products. This leader must have familiarity with operational best practices, be dedicated to diversity and inclusivity, and have world class business acumen to be stubborn about the long term vision, flexible on
the implementation details, and clever in driving short term, incremental results.
 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ Years of delivering product and engineering results
• 5+ Years of technology leadership, managing and building teams
• Strong judgment and business acumen in determining strategic vision and running a
• complex, multivariate technology organization
• Proven history delivering enterprise technology especially highly distributed,
• cloud-based solutions
• Proven track record of running high performing, large engineering teams
• History owning product delivery and experience building and operating design teams
• Demonstrate leadership and strong judgment in managing growth and diversity in a
• fast-expanding organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience successfully partnering with and communicating effectively to Sr
• Leadership on highly strategic programs
• Experience delivering products for logistics technology for a variety of platforms
• including web and mobile
• Proven ability to deliver engineering toolsets and environments for developers
• Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise solutions and open source offerings
