The Senior Operations Manager at Todd Snyder is a critical role in ensuring the client journey through the product lifecycle meets the needs of the business’ high-end customer. Providing a best-in-class service experience is the top priority of this role. The Senior Manager develops and implements processes, coaches their direct reports and collaborates with departments across the business to run an efficient and profitable business, while ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience at all touch points. The Senior Manager contributes to the overall success and profitability of the Todd Snyder Brand. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and oversees the Product Lifecycle from products ready at the factory through to delivery, in-stock and order fulfillment and returns

  • Thinks and plans strategically for the longer term, while delivering pragmatic operational solutions in the short- term and acts as an enthusiastic business partner

  • Works closely with our internal partners to provide business forecasting to assist in accurate labor scheduling and SLAs being met on all activities

  • Oversees and effectively mentors the Todd Snyder Operations team

  • Daily monitoring of distribution center performance across inbound, outbound, exceptions and returns processes to ensure SLAs are met and 

  • Oversees all inbound and fulfillment performance and optimization of processes to drive growth and ensures quality 

  • Leverage and enhance reports, highlighting KPIs to support SLA goals and client delivery promised dates

  • Works to enhance systems to better serve the business and resolves of system issues

  • Works with the Stores and Technical teams to Optimize Omnichannel Capabilities

  • Partners with teams in building future inventory management processes allowing full stock mutualization and stock allocation optimization across channels

  • Responsible for business handbook documentation and standard operating procedures to guarantee clarity and accountability across business and operations partners

  • Communicates proactively and shares progress with Todd Snyder Executive team

  • Actively scans the environment for gaps and new approaches, blending different ideas to come with creative yet effective solutions

  • Practices accountability and ensures execution of all department related responsibilities, tasks, and projects 

  • Executes flawlessly in a fast-paced high-ambiguity environment

  • Additional responsibilities as necessitated and assigned by the needs of the business and work environment. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for Todd Snyder brand 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required within a related field 

  • Prior experience in a similar role or function, including leadership responsibilities

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and stakeholders across AE and Todd Snyder Brands

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to work with and influence peers and senior management

  • Awareness of internal and external customer needs.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, strategy, and reporting

  • No travel required
