POSITION TITLE: Digital Content Associate
Reporting to: Director of E-commerce
 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Content Associate, a member, of the Ecommerce team, is responsible for partnering with Production, Creative/Design, Site Merchandising, Digital Tech, and QA and other cross- functional teams. This role is responsible for managing content, site administration, executing site content changes, launching new features, and troubleshooting technical issues when they arise to maximize in order to support the success and profitability of Todd Snyder brand.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own results, success, and opportunities for area of business and drive results with the intention of furthering Todd Snyder to be the premier destination for menswear.
• Build, preview, and verify asset delivery and ensure successful site launches.
• Under the supervision of the department leader schedule and deploy appropriate content.
• Become a key player on the working team for content as it pertains to the content strategy project initiative and content life cycle
• Manage web content by configuring links, text, images, fonts/colors and more.
• Manage and validate content displays accurately on multiple environments/devices/platforms.
• Coordinate and manage builds against multiple content publishes with overlapping timelines and requirements.
• Partner with Site Merchandising team to establish benchmarks & goals to maximize engagement and drive click-through/conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, and communicate timelines necessary for successful product and creative launches.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate content creation based on platform design specs and handoffs.
• Manage and configure third-party apps and platforms and taking ownership of relationship building with those vendors.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices for Shopify and other vendors.
• Respond and resolve technical issues.
• Additional responsibilities as necessitated by the needs of the business and work environment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Passion for Todd Snyder brand and contribute the future of menswear and American fashion
• Bachelor’s Degree required with field of study in Marketing, Computer Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• E-commerce and retail experience with Shopify experience preferred
• Content management system experience preferred
• Experience with Enterprise-level ecommerce platforms Okendo, Searchspring, Nosto, and Returnly
• Professional level experience and comfort with HTML or CMS
• Strong business acumen including verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, strategy, and reporting
• Comfort and previously success working in rapidly evolving and high-ambiguity environments such as start-ups
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
• No travel required
